The bank x sensor 1 should go from 0 - 1 volt in a second or so as it "hunts" the proper mixture. This is the upstream sensor/pre CAT. The bank y sensor 2 should sit about .5 volts, it is checking the CAT. This is the downstream/post CAT sensor. Yours seem OK as long as they continue. The only possible "adjustment" is at the clutch pedal. Near the top of the arm is a horizontal rod, the nut on the rod close to the arm is the locknut. Loosen the nut and spin the shaft. Check pedal movement. Adjust as required. You have 2 coils, each one has the grey connector on the bottom and 2 towers on top for the plug wires. One coils does cyl 2&3, the other does 1&4. So if you had swapped 2&3 and still had an issue with 3, then look at the wire or plug. I dont mind sitting in some racing seats like Recaro's or even Sparco's (which fit snugly) for a short period of time, but honestly I bought my Tib because I love the seats that are in it. The 2003 Tiburons (Specially made before April 1st 2002) had a pretty terrible finish on them. The paint used was also fairly chintzy. Take the pulse dampner off the end of the fuel rail, insert -6AN fitting and run a braided line back to the tank under the back seat.
